Organic Ingredients: Asparagus officinalis, calendula, hyssop, parsley, lemon verbena (balm).
Directions: Add 2-3 Tbsp of herbs to 4-6 cups of boiling water. Steep on 'low' for a few minutes. Transfer to heat-safe container. When steam is comfortable temperature, place bowl under slotted chair, into a bucket with seat, or place inside toilet. Wrap towel around waist to keep heat in. Steam, meditate, breathe deeply and relax for 15-20 minutes.
It is recommended to anal steam 2-3 times per month or as often as you like.
