DNA sample requirements:
Please provide two DNA samples: hair and saliva are best. For the first sample please provide at least 5-10 strands of hair, place in a ziplock bag. It does not matter if the hair is cut or pulled out, or the type of hair (dyed hair is unusable). If hair is not available, please use nail clippings. Second DNA sample should be saliva. Spit into a ziplock bag and seal. Place both samples in an envelope and mail. (Please note if you fold the seam of the ziplock bag it may rupture and leak, try to mail flat without folding the seam).
